Virtual Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time Position with Benefits
MLive Software has an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Treatment Coordinator. Virtual Treatment Coordinators serve as a liaison between potential patients and mLive Members. The position is designed to reach out to patients who may benefit from different treatment options and connect those patients with dentists as we work to set up consultations on the dentist’s behalf. This is a position where the desired outcome is to work toward increased revenue at the practices under their guidance. MLive is multi-step marketing automation software for dental practices. mLive Software supports general dentistry practices throughout the United States.
Expected Outcomes:
- Manage the treatment coordinator process with up to 15 number of mLive accounts
- Secure Member retention rate of greater than 95%
- Availability between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Answer the call within 3 rings, unless on another call
- Resolve an inquiry within 24 hours of initial contact
- Return a missed call within 2 hours of contact
- Detail completion of all requirements and tasks for qualifying new patients and scheduling appointments
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conversation. Be direct but not abrasive. Upbeat and positive personality and great communication skills and style over phone, email, and text.
- Connect with potential patients for multiple practices, on behalf of an mLive Member, in order to schedule a treatment consultation at their practice.
- Partner with the Account Management team to manage the growth and development of accounts.
- Partner with the mLive team to ensure sound planning, timely execution, follow-up and solid Member relations.
- Champion member practice brand, build value in prospects, deliver high value, educated patients to a member schedule.

Preferred Skills & Experiences:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice or in a similar role
- Preferred in depth knowledge of invisalign, dental implants, sleep apnea, same day dentistry, emergency dentistry, sedation dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Be a proactive self-starter that works with autonomy that needs little oversight
- Demonstrable experience in managing client relationships and proving ROI
- Ability to problem-solve; flexible and resourceful
- Must be coachable and willing to follow the protocol of multiple practices
- 4-year college degree preferred
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
- This role will be largely a remote position
